Welcome to Grivvo.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Grivvo. Grivvo operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you with a curated shopping experience for trading card accessories, collector supplies and display products.

Grivvo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website, browse our store, create an account, or place an order.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, using, or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not use our website or services.

Section 1 - Access and account

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally allowed to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.

You may not transfer, sell, assign or otherwise make your account available to another person without our permission.

Section 2 - Our products

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors, materials, dimensions and appearance may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, product version, or supplier updates.

Product descriptions, prices, images and availability may be updated at any time. We reserve the right to correct errors, change product information, discontinue products, or limit the quantity of products available for purchase.

For trading card accessories and collector supplies, compatibility information is provided as accurately as possible, but you remain responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for your intended use.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Products must meet the agreement, the product description, and the reasonable expectations you may have for that type of product.

Section 3 - Product availability

Product availability shown on the website is an indication and may change. We may be unable to fulfill an order if a product becomes unavailable, is incorrectly listed, or cannot be supplied by our supplier.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If payment has already been made and we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

Your order is only accepted once we confirm acceptance, usually by sending an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason to do so, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, incorrect product information, or delivery restrictions.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@grivvo.com. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.

Section 5 - Prices, VAT and payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euros, unless stated otherwise.

For consumers, prices are shown including VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional costs will be shown before you complete your order.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change at any time. The price charged for a product is the price shown at the time you place your order, unless there is an obvious pricing error.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and billing information. Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Section 6 - Shipping and delivery

We ship orders from the Netherlands.

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates. We do our best to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes, but delivery may be affected by carrier delays, busy periods, customs processing, incorrect address details, force majeure, or other circumstances outside our control.

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes to you once the products have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you to receive them.

For business orders, unless mandatory law states otherwise, the risk may pass when the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping costs may be charged.

Section 7 - Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you usually have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a person designated by you, receive the product. If your order is delivered in multiple parts, the period starts when you receive the last part of the order.

To use your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly within the withdrawal period by contacting us at info@grivvo.com. You may also use any withdrawal form provided on our website, if available.

After notifying us that you want to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

Products must be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect and resell them where reasonably possible. You may inspect a product in the same way you would in a physical shop, but you may be responsible for any loss of value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If you validly withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery costs you paid for the original shipment, unless you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard option offered. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:

  • products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;

  • products that are damaged, incomplete, or used beyond normal inspection;

  • digital products or services where the right of withdrawal has been waived in accordance with applicable law.

Section 8 - Warranty and statutory guarantee

Consumers are legally entitled to receive a product that is sound, usable, and in line with the agreement.

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us at info@grivvo.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law. This may include repair, replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, improper storage, improper handling, or use outside the intended purpose may not be covered.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory guarantee rights under Dutch or EU consumer law.

Section 9 - Intellectual property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, designs, layout, icons, videos and other materials, is owned by Grivvo, our suppliers, our licensors, or other rights holders.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit any part of the website or its content without our prior written permission.

The names, logos, product names, brand names and trademarks shown on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 10 - Optional tools and third-party services

Our website may provide access to third-party tools, apps, payment providers, shipping services, review tools or other services that we do not fully control.

These third-party services are provided according to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party tools or services, except where mandatory law states otherwise.

Grivvo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and related services.

Any sale or purchase made through our store is made directly between you and Grivvo. Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Grivvo, the fulfillment of orders, customer service, returns, refunds, or any other aspect of the sales agreement between you and Grivvo.

By using our website, you acknowledge that Shopify may process certain personal data as part of providing the platform and related services. More information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Section 13 - Privacy

We do our best to keep our website accurate, available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to receive products that conform to the agreement and your statutory guarantee rights under applicable law.

Section 19 - Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grivvo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruption, or similar losses arising from your use of the website or products purchased through the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU consumer law.

For consumers, our liability is limited only to the extent allowed by mandatory consumer protection law.

For business customers, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Section 20 - Indemnification

If you use our website for business purposes or violate these Terms, you agree to compensate Grivvo for losses, damages, liabilities, costs or claims caused by your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of the rights of a third party, to the extent permitted by law.

This section does not limit any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law or removed where necessary.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies referenced on our website, form the agreement between you and Grivvo regarding your use of our website and purchases from our store.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a business transfer, merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, provided your legal rights are not reduced.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements by which we provide products or services to you are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent court under applicable law.
