We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
If you change your mind or something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

After letting us know you want to return an item, you’ll have 14 days to send it back.
Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Please note: items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.
Condition of items
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:

Unused and unworn

In the same condition you received it

In its original packaging (including accessories, tags, etc.)

Accompanied by proof of purchase
If the item has been handled more than necessary, a small deduction may apply.
Items that can’t be returned
Some items are made especially for you, so they can’t be returned:

Custom or personalised products
(This includes personalised 3D printed items etc.)
Other non-returnable items include:

Digital products once accessed

Perishable items

Sealed hygiene items that have been opened

Hazardous materials or flammable items

Gift cards
Standard, non-personalised 3D prints can be returned within 14 days.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away at info@grivvo.com.
We’ll make it right by repairing, replacing, or refunding your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days.
Your bank or payment provider may need a little extra time to process it.
If more than 20 days have passed and you still haven’t seen your refund, please contact us at info@grivvo.com.
